Detailed Schedule

The Luxury Travel Mart will be held on the 18th of September 2012.

Program of the event:

10:00 – 14:10 — Morning session. Individual pre-scheduled appointments with top-buyers. Each appointment will last 15 minutes, scheduled as follows:

10:00 – 10:15 / 10:20 – 10:35 / 10:40 – 10:55 / 11:00 – 11:15 / 11:20 – 11:35 / 11:40 – 11:55

11:55 – 12:10 — Coffee break

12:15 – 12:30 / 12:35 – 12:50 / 12:55 – 13:10 / 13:15 – 13:30 / 13:35 – 13:50 / 13:55 – 14:10

14:10 – 14:30 — Networking time without pre-scheduled appointments.

Approximate number of visitors at the morning session — 180–200 top buyers — managers and directors of travel companies all-over Ukraine.

14:30 – 15:30 — After-session networking and lunch with guests of the morning session

15:30 – 18:00 — Hosted Buyers session. Approximate number of guests — 50 people.

18:30 – 21:30 — Evening session. Workshop and cocktail reception for travel agents, corporate clients and journalists in relaxed atmosphere. Approximate number of visitors — 250–300 people.

Access to all events will only be available to pre-registered visitors.

Non-participating hoteliers, DMC companies and other hospitality providers will not be permitted to attend the Luxury Travel Mart Kiev as visitors.
